Firefighter Jeff Piedmont honored for Heroic Actions

Thisyear Firefighter Jeff Piedmont was received a valor award for his actions tosave a mans life while he was visiting his friends for a wedding inConnecticut. At a Casino Firefighter Piedmont and his friends came upon agentleman who was lying motionless on the ground surrounded by casino guestsand security personnel. Immediately stopping to help Piedmont realized the gentlemanwas experiencing potentially life threatening respiratory issues and cardiacissues. Firefighter Piedmont did not wait for rescuers to arrive on scene andbegan CPR to the patient. The 70 year old man was saved because the actions ofFirefighter Piedmont and his friend.
